Rachel Bartlett was born in Rutland, Vermont in 1977. She moved with her family to Ira, VT at the age of eight and graduated from West Rutland High School in 1996. Rachel married Scott Bartlett in 2000. The couple has two beautiful boys, Cameron and Jayden.
